What: A fabulous CONCERT
(and I mean extraordinarily good)
Where: MY HOUSE
When: this Sunday 6:30
So WHO will be my honored guest performer you ask?
Well, some of you may have heard me talk about our fabulously talented friend, Jason Deere. If I haven't told you about Jason yet, just know that he is an incredible songwriter, producer, and performer and he is going to be putting a little concert on for me and my guests right here ... IN MY BONUS ROOM. Can you tell I'm a little excited about this?
Bring the entire family (we'll throw pillows on the floor for the kids) and come enjoy a great evening that will include GREAT MUSIC, a tasty assortment of sweets, GOOD FRIENDS, and a once in a lifetime chance to hear these humble yet incredibly talented musicians - up close and personal (Dan Truman, keyboard player for Diamond Rio will be here performing with Jason).
For those of you thinking that it is a little out of character for me to be throwing a party on the Sunday (my Sabbath), most of the songs that they will be performing will be from their latest album "Trek: A Nashville Tribute to the Pioneers". It's really good stuff - I hope to see you all HERE Sunday night!
Here's a quick bio on Jason and you can take a peek at his myspace page if you would like to hear some of his music in advance:
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Jason has lived in the Nashville area with his wife, Sonja, and 3 beautiful children since 1994.
Jason does concerts all over the U.S. with Dan Truman (award winning keyboard player for Diamond Rio), musicians/artists Ron Saltmarsh, Brad Hull, Tim Gates, Matt Lopez and singer Mindy Gledhill. YES, that is the same Mindy Gledhill that just put the concert on for Nie Nie for those of you that are following Nie's recovery (see link in right sidebar).
