Pumpkins and A Corn Maze

I'd love to tell you that we have some really unique and noteworthy autumn-time traditions but in reality our activities mirror the average North American family's fall-time routine.  We look forward to our annual outing to the pumpkin patch, we love a good corn maze, and we like trunk-or-treating at the church Boo Festival (coming up this week).  I was true to my word and I left work early on Friday hoping we could make the trek to our favorite patch and avoid the weekend crowds but alas our favorite patch (Gentry Farms) was closed so we headed south to the old Rippavilla Plantation in Spring Hill, TN.  They don't have as many activities for the little tikes but it was fun none-the-less.  Here's a few of our favorite photos:

Yes, that's Per the Billy Goat ... that picture will give the kids nightmares for a week!!!!
